State & Federal Environmental Reporting
The federal, state and local governments have several environmentally focused reports that are due on an annual or bi-annual basis. Compiling the information, formatting and submitting the reports can be a time consuming and frustrating task. CCI has been managing these reporting requirements for many of our clients and have the expertise to make the process seamless for your company.
CCI can assist you in filing the following reports:
Community Right-to-Know Reporting (Sara Title III): EPA regulations require reporting to the state, county and local governments, and local fire companies of extremely hazardous and OSHA hazardous chemicals being stored at your company. CCI will compile the necessary information and file the reports with the proper agencies.
PA Residual Waste Annual Reports: Pennsylvania regulations require the filing of an annual report detailing information regarding proper residual waste disposal. CCI will compile the necessary information and file the reports with the proper agencies.
Hazardous Waste Site Management Reports: The EPA requires bi-annual reports describing each generated hazardous waste, the activity by which the waste was generated, and the waste quantity; the reports also list the management method by which each waste is treated, recycled, or disposed and the quantity managed. CCI will compile the necessary information and file the reports with the proper agencies.
Air Emission Management & Reporting: The EPA requires submission of Hazardous Air Emission and VOC reporting. CCI will compile the necessary information and file the reports with the proper agencies.
Industrial Wastewater Reports & Monitoring: The EPA regulations require monitoring, and reporting, of wastewater content to ensure they do not exceed EPA standards. CCI will collect wastewater samples and provide reporting on its contents.
